Orders in respect of M/s. Rajesh N Jhaveri, sub-broker, ASE Capital Market Ltd.

Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed two orders dated September 20, 2011 suspending certificate of registration of M/s. Rajesh N Jhaveri, sub-broker of ASE Capital Market Ltd., for a period of one year in the matter of Top Telemedia Ltd. and for a period of three months in the matter of Oasis Media Matrix Ltd. Both the orders shall run concurrently.
 
The above orders shall come into force on expiry of twenty one days from the date of orders.
