Order in respect of Ms. Surabhi Jain in the matter of trading by connected entities
Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated July 08,
2011 in the matter of trading by connected entities, revoking interim directions
issued vide ad interim ex-parte order dated June 04, 2009 and confirmatory order
dated January 19, 2010 against Ms. Surabhi Jain and also disposing of the show
cause notice without any further direction.
