Consent Order in the matter of M/s. APW President Systems Limited
Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. K. M. Abraham and Shri
Prashant Saran, has passed consent order dated July 08, 2011 on the consent
application submitted by M/s. APW President Systems Limited for non-compliance
with the provisions of Regulation 6(4) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of
Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 for the year 1997 and Regulation 8(3) of
the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 for
the years 2004, 2005, 2007 to 2010, relating to disclosures to be made to the
Stock Exchanges.
The applicant has remitted a sum of `4,50,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh and Fifty
Thousand only) towards the settlement charges in the matter.
