Order in respect of Bharti Thakkar India Securities Private Limited in the matter of Database Finance Limited
Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated June 27, 2011, in the matter of Database Finance Limited, suspending the certificate of registration of the stock broker, Bharti Thakkar India Securities Private Limited, member, Bombay Stock Exchange, for a period of two weeks.
The order shall come into force immediately on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the Order.
