Order in the matter of Aditya Infosoft Ltd.

Dr. K.M.Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated May 11, 2011 in the matter of Aditya Infosoft Limited:

i.	Restraining Mr. Ramesh Chandra K. Jain, Mrs. Bela H. Kayashtha, Mr. Dinesh K. Patel and Mr. Jayantilal Patel from accessing the securities market and prohibiting from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, for a period of six months.
ii.	Warning Mr. Hari Ballabh Agarwal for his conduct into the dealings and directing him to adhere to the rules/regulations that govern his activities in the securities market.

The order has come into force with immediate effect.
