Consent Order in respect of M/s. Gabriel International Inc. in the matter of Gabriel India Limited
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. K. M. Abraham and Shri Prashant Saran has passed a consent order dated May 9, 2011 on the application submitted by M/s. Gabriel International Inc. for non-compliance of Regulations 6(1) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 for the year 1997 and 8(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 for the years 1997 to 2009. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs. 10,75,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh Seventy Five Thousand only) towards the settlement charges, in the matter.
