Orders in respect of Ankit Jhaveri, Yogesh Bhavnagari, Varsha Vakharia and Naisharg Vakharia in the matter of Softrack Technology Exports Ltd.

Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed two orders dated May 02, 2011 in the matter of Softrack Technology Exports Ltd. directing as under:

A.	Restraining Yogesh Bhavnagari and Ankit Jhaveri from buying, selling or dealing in securities and from associating with the securities market in any manner whatsoever for a period of two years.
B.	Restraining Varsha Vakharia and Naisharg Vakharia from buying, selling or dealing in securities and from associating with the securities market in any manner whatsoever for a period of six months.
C.	The relevant demat accounts may be frozen permanently to prevent any further misuse.

The order has come into force with immediate effect.
