Orders in respect of Macy Securities Ltd., Shrikant G Mantri and Madhukar Chimanlal Sheth in the matter of Cyberspace Ltd.

Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed three orders dated May 02, 2011, in the matter of Cyberspace Ltd. warning Macy Securities Ltd., Shrikant G Mantri and Madhukar Chimanlal Sheth to be cautious in their future dealings and exercise due care and diligence in the conduct of their affairs as a securities market participant. Further, any future instance of violation or non-compliance by them with the SEBI Act and Rules and Regulations framed there under shall be dealt with stringently.
 
The order has come into force with immediate effect.
