Order in respect of G. R. Pandya Share Broking Limited in the matter of Database Finance Limited
Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated April 07, 2011, in the matter of Database Finance Limited, suspending the certificate of registration of the stock broker, G. R. Pandya Share Broking Limited, member, Bombay Stock Exchange, for a period of one month.
The order shall come into force immediately on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the Order.
