Order in respect of Shreehari Hira Stock Broking Private Limited in the matter of G G Automotive Gears Limited
Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated March 31, 2011, in the matter of G G Automotive Gears Ltd., suspending the certificate of registration of the stock broker Shreehari Hira Stock Broking Private Limited (earlier known as Shiv Kumar H. Bissa) for a period of one month.
The order shall come into force on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the order.
