Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed orders dated February 24, 2011, suspending the certificate of registration of Tropical Securities & Investments Pvt. Ltd., member, Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. for a period of two months and warned Ms. Aditi Asim Dalal, member, Ahmedabad Stock Exchange Ltd. to be careful and cautious in the conduct of her business.
