Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated February 21, 2011 disposing of the show cause notice issued to Mr. Aravindbhai V. Shah in the matter of Chicago Software Industries Limited (formerly known as Chicago Futures Markets and Financials Limited) and revoking the directions issued by SEBI vide Order dated December 8, 2010 in so far as late Mr. Aravindbhai V. Shah is concerned as proceeding initiated against him stood abated.
