Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated February 11, 2011 disposing of the show cause notice issued to Mr. Adi Meherji Sethna in the matter of M/s. Rane Computers Consultancy Limited and revoking the directions issued by SEBI vide Order dated December 13, 2010 in so far as late Mr. Adi Meherji Sethna is concerned, as proceeding initiated against him stood abated.
