Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an ad interim ex-parte order dated February 05, 2011, in the matter of Mr. Sanjay Dangi, his Associates and other entities in various scrips, directing Investsmart Financial Services Ltd. (IFSL) not to dispose of or alienate shares of various scrips, as stated in Table 2 of the order and lying in the account of IFSL maintained with DP-IL&FS Securities Services Limited till further directions.
