Consent Order on the application submitted by Ms. Arti Jain in the matter of M/s. Sai Info Ltd.
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. K.M.Abraham and Shri Prashant Saran has passed a consent order dated January 18, 2011 on the application submitted by Ms. Arti Jain, in the matter of M/s. Sai Info Ltd., in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of ` 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) towards the settlement terms and also undertaken that she shall not buy, sell or otherwise deal in securities or access the securities market, directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever, for a period of six months from the date of coming into force of the consent order.
The order has come into force from January 19, 2011.
