Order in respect of M/s. Harbinger Trading Company Private Limited and
M/s. S.Ramdas in the matter of Ceat Limited
Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated January 17, 2011 restraining M/s. Harbinger Trading Company Private Limited and M/s. S. Ramdas from accessing the securities market and further prohibiting them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in the securities market, either directly or indirectly, for a period of two months.
The order has come into force with immediate effect.
