Consent Order on the application submitted by M/s. DISA Holding AG in the matter of M/s. DISA India Limited
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. K. M. Abraham and Shri Prashant Saran, has passed a consent order dated December 27, 2010 in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders, on the consent application submitted by M/s. DISA Holding AG for failure to make open offer under Regulation 11(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 in respect of acquisition of shares of M/s. DISA India Limited made on January 28, 2005.
The applicant without admitting or denying guilt has remitted a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakh Only) towards the settlement charges in the matter.
