SEBI passes Confirmation Order in the matter of S.J Corporation Limited
SEBI had passed an interim ex-parte order on February 05, 2010 against 16 entities including Mr. Savjibhai D. Patel and Ms. Usha S. Patel, the promoters of S.J Corporation Ltd., restraining them from buying, selling or dealing in the shares of S.J Corporation Limited, either directly or indirectly, in any manner, till further directions in this regard.
Dr. K.M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order on December 24, 2010 against aforesaid entities, confirming the directions passed ad interim ex-parte Order dated February 05, 2010.
