Order in respect of Basant Kumar Chirimar in the matter of
M/s. Twenty First Century (India) Limited
Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated December 15, 2010 in the matter of M/s. Twenty First Century (India) Limited prohibiting Basant Kumar Chirimar to take up any new assignment for a period of three weeks.
The order shall come into force on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the order.
