Order in respect of Clip Securities & Finance Private Limited and its directors Shri Claud Monsurate, Shri Arshad Afzal Khan and Ms. Rachana Bhandaram in the matter of Prudential Pharmaceuticals Limited

Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an Order dated December 15, 2010 in the matter of Prudential Pharmaceuticals Limited restraining M/s. Clip Securities & Finance Private limited and its directors Shri Claud Monsurate, Shri Arshad Afzal Khan and Ms. Rachana Bhandaram from accessing the securities market and prohibiting them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, for a period of three months.

The order has come into force with effect from the date of the order.
