Consent Order in the matter of M/s. Shakti Met-Dor Limited

A panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. K.M. Abraham and Shri Prashant Saran, has passed a consent order dated December 08, 2010 on the consent application submitted by Smt. C. Anupama Reddy, Smt. M. Uma Raju, Shri M. V. S. S. Subba Raju and Shri. C. Shashidhar Reddy in the matter of Shakti Met-Dor Limited for delayed compliance of the provisions of Regulation 7(1) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers), Regulations, 1997 by Smt. C. Anupama Reddy and Smt. M. Uma Raju and for delayed compliance of the provisions of Regulation 7(1A) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers), Regulations, 1997 by Shri M. V. S. S. Raju and Shri Shashidhar Reddy pursuant to an inter-se transfer done on March 04, 2004. The applicants, without admitting or denying guilt have remitted a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees four lakh only) towards settlement charges in the matter.
