Consent order on the application submitted by
M/s. Shree Nath Exports (India) Private Limited
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. K. M. Abraham
and Shri Prashant Saran, has passed a consent order dated November 29, 2010 on
the application submitted voluntarily by M/s. Shree Nath Exports (India) Private
Limited, for non-compliance of provisions of regulation 7 (1) of the SEBI
(Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers), Regulations, 1997, in respect
of acquisition of shares of Howard Hotels Limited, in accordance with SEBI
Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders.
The applicant, without admitting or denying guilt, has remitted a
sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only) towards settlement charges in
the matter.
