Order in the matter of Urmila Dhyawala

Shri M. S. Sahoo, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated November 25, 2010, suspending the certificates of registration of Urmila Dhyawala as a stock broker of UPSE and as a sub-broker affiliated to UPSE Securities Ltd., for a period of one year.
 
The order shall come into force on the expiry of 21 days from the date of the Order.
