Order in respect of Consent Financial Services Private Limited in the matter of Vision Technology India Limited
Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated October 25, 2010 in the matter of Vision Technology India Ltd., restraining Consent Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. from buying, selling or dealing in securities market whatsoever or accessing the securities market, directly or indirectly, for a period of six months from the date of the order.
The order has come into force with immediate effect.
