Order in respect of Mr. Harmohan Singh Sabharwal in the matter of Dhanalaxmi Roto Spinners Ltd.
Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated October 06, 2010 in the matter of Dhanalaxmi Roto Spinners Ltd. (target company) directing Mr. Harmohan Singh Sabharwal to make public announcement to the shareholders of the target company, within 45 days of the date of the order, in terms of SAST (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations and also directing him to pay interest of 10% per annum on the offer price to the shareholders for the loss of interest caused to the shareholders for the period of delay.
The order has come into effect immediately.
