Consent Order on the application submitted by M/s. Venkatesh Shares Investment in the case of M/s. Doctors Biotech Ltd.
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. K.M.Abraham and Shri Prashant Saran has passed a consent order dated September 24, 2010 on the application submitted by M/s. Venkatesh Shares Investment, in the matter of M/s. Doctors Biotech Ltd., in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of ` 2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakh only) and shall undergo a voluntary debarment of one year from accessing the securities market towards the settlement terms.
The order has come into force with immediate effect.
