A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. K M Abraham and Shri Prashant Saran has passed consent order dated September 06, 2010, on the application submitted by Fortune Financial Services Ltd (Now- Fortune Equity Brokers (India) Ltd.) in the matter of Mirc Electronics Ltd. in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The application has remitted a sum of Rs. 1, 00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) towards the terms of consent.
