Consent Order on the applications submitted by Naman Securities & Finance Pvt. Ltd. in the matters of Prudential Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and Mirc Electronics Ltd.

A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. K M Abraham and Shri Prashant Saran has passed consent order dated August 12, 2010, on the applications submitted by Naman Securities & Finance Pvt. Ltd. in the matters of Prudential Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and Mirc Electronics Ltd. in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs. 30,00,000/- (Rupees thirty lakh only) towards the terms of consent in the matter of Prudential Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and Rs. 3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakh only) towards the terms of consent in the matter of Mirc Electronics Ltd.

The order has come into force with immediate effect.
