Order in the matter of Malvica Engineering Limited
Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated July 15, 2010, in the matter of Malvica Engineering Limited, restraining M/s. Malvica Engineering Limited and its Managing Director, Shri P.Y. Jhala from buying, selling or dealing in securities market whatsoever or accessing the securities market, directly or indirectly, for a period of two years from the date of the order.
The order has come into force with immediate effect.
