Order against Ahilya Commercial Pvt. Ltd., member, CSE in the matter of M/s. Bakra Pratisthan Ltd.
Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated July 08, 2010 imposing a penalty of suspension of the certificate of registration of Ahilya Commercial Pvt. Ltd., member, Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd., for a period of fifteen days in respect of its dealings in the shares of M/s. Bakra Pratisthan Ltd.
As the certificate of registration of the broker is suspended vide order dated July 08, 2010, for a period of three weeks in respect of its dealings in the shares of Offshore Finvest Ltd. during the period January 2004 – February 2005, the penalty ordered herein would run concurrently with the said penalty.
