Order against Ahilya Commercial Private Limited, member, CSE in the matter of M/s. Offshore Finvest Ltd.
Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated July 08, 2010 imposing a penalty of suspension of the certificate of registration of Ahilya Commercial Private Limited, Member, Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd., for a period of three weeks in respect of its dealings in the shares of Offshore Finvest Ltd.
The order shall come into force immediately on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the order.
