Order against M/s. Jayant Amarchand Kalidas in the matter of
Jayant Agro Organics Ltd.
Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated June 29, 2010, suspending the certificate of registration of M/s. Jayant Amarchand Kalidas, registered with SEBI as stock broker for a period of one week.
The order shall come into force on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the order.
