Consent order in respect of RBS Asia Limited
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. K.M. Abraham and Shri Prashant Saran, has passed consent order dated June 24, 2010, in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders, on the application submitted by RBS Asia Limited in the matter of fall in the Indian stock market on May 17, 2004. The applicant has remitted Rs.60,00,000/- (Rupees sixty lakh only) towards the settlement charges, in the matter.
