Order in the matter of Parsoli Corporation Ltd.
Shri M. S. Sahoo, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated June 28, 2010, restraining Parsoli Corporation Ltd. from buying, selling or dealing in securities market in any manner whatsoever or accessing the securities market directly or indirectly for a period of one year from the date of the order. However, the order does not restrain Parsoli Corporation Ltd., as a broker or a depository participant, from servicing its existing clients.
