Order against M/s. Vikas Holdings Pvt. Ltd. in the matter of Ankur Commercial Ltd.
Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated June 25, 2010, in the matter of Ankur Commercial Ltd., suspending the certificate of registration of M/s. Vikas Holdings Pvt. Ltd., Member, Delhi Stock Exchange Ltd., for a period of two weeks.
The order shall come into force immediately on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the order.
