Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated June 14, 2010 warning the stock broker M/s. Interface Brokerage and Research Limited, Member, Ahmedabad Stock Exchange Limited (ASE) for the deviations observed during the inspection. The stock broker has been further directed to ensure compliance with all rules, regulations and other laws that govern its dealings in the securities market.
