Consent Order on the application of Shri. M.V.S.S. Subba Raju
in the matter of Shakti Met-Dor Limited (Target Company)
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. K. M. Abraham and Shri Prashant Saran, has passed consent order dated June 02, 2010 on the consent application submitted by Shri. M.V.S.S. Subba Raju for settlement of non-compliance of the provisions of Regulation 3(4) relating to filing of a report to SEBI in the year 2004 and of the provisions of Regulation 7(1A) relating to the disclosures to be made to the Stock Exchanges in the years 2002, 2003 and 2004 of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997.
The applicant without admitting or denying guilt has remitted a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh Fifty Thousand only) towards settlement charges in the matter.
