Order in the matter of Vatsa Music Limited

Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated June 2, 2010, in the matter of Vatsa Music Ltd., restraining Sudarshan Finvest Pvt. Ltd., Sahukar Finsec Pvt. Ltd. and Festival Secfin Pvt. Ltd. from buying, selling or dealing in the securities market in any manner whatsoever or accessing the securities market, directly or indirectly, for a period of one year from the date of the order.

The order shall come into force with immediate effect.
