Cancellation of Certificates of Registration of 20 stock brokers

Shri M.S.Sahoo, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated May 20, 2010 cancelling the certificates of registration of 20 Stock Brokers of Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. (BSE) and Uttar Pradesh Stock Exchange.

Consequently, the certificates of registration of these stock brokers as sub-brokers of subsidiaries of Stock Exchanges in terms of Para 2 of the Circular No.SMD-II/POLICY/CIR-37/99 dated November 26, 1999 also shall be cancelled.

The Order shall come into force on the expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
