Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed two separate orders dated May 10, 2010 warning M/s. FMS Securities Limited, member, BSE and M/s. Archi Shares & Stock Brokers Pvt. Limited, member, BSE and ASE, registered with SEBI as stock brokers, in respect of their dealings in the shares of M/s. Oasis Media Matrix Ltd. The said brokers have been further directed to be careful and cautious in the conduct of their business and to adhere to and comply with all the statutory provisions while carrying out their activities in the securities market.
