Consent Order in the matter of ARJ Shares & Stock Brokers Pvt. Ltd.
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. K. M. Abraham and Shri Prashant Saran, has passed a consent order dated April 26, 2010 on the application submitted by ARJ Shares & Stock Brokers Pvt. Ltd. in the matter of Global Telesystems Ltd. in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders.
The applicant, without admitting or denying the charges, has remitted a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh only) towards the settlement charges in the matter. The applicant has also undertaken voluntary debarment from buying, selling or dealing in securities market in any manner whatsoever, for a period of one year.
