Order against Mr. Rajendra Prasad Shah, Member, CSE
Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated April 20, 2010 imposing a penalty of suspension of the certificate of registration of Mr. Rajendra Prasad Shah., Member, Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd., for a period of two months and fifteen days in respect of his dealings in the shares of Offshore Finvest Ltd.
The order shall come into force immediately on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the order.
