Order against M/s. Prakash Nahata & Co., Member, CSE
Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated April 21, 2010 imposing a penalty of suspension of the certificate of registration of M/s. Prakash Nahata & Co., Member, Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd., for a period of three months in respect of its dealings in the shares of Offshore Finvest Ltd.
The order shall come into force immediately on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the order.
