Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed order dated April 07, 2010 and a corrigendum dated April 08, 2010 to said order in the matter of M/s. Baffin Engineering Projects Ltd. against M/s. Paragon Investments Pvt. Ltd. restraining them from buying, selling or dealing in securities market whatsoever or accessing the securities market, directly or indirectly, for a period of two years.
