Consent Order in the matter of M/s. McNally Sayaji Engineering Limited
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. K. M. Abraham and Shri Prashant Saran has passed a consent order dated March 31, 2010 in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders, on the application submitted by M/s. McNally Sayaji Engineering Limited for non compliance of Regulations 6(2) and 6(4) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 (Takeover Regulations) for the year 1997 and Regulation 8(3) of Takeover Regulations for the years 1998 to 2002 and 2005 � 2006. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rupees one lakh fifty thousand only) towards the settlement charges, in the matter.
