Order against Rajendra Seclease Ltd. in the matter of Sai Info Ltd
Shri M S Sahoo, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated March 19, 2010 in the matter of Sai Info Ltd. restraining Rajendra Seclease Limited from buying, selling or dealing in the securities market in any manner whatsoever or accessing the securities market, directly or indirectly, for a period of six months from the date of the Order.
The order shall come into force with immediate effect.
