Orders in the matter of Monalisa Infotech Limited

Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed orders dated March 10, 2010, in the matter of Monalisa Infotech Limited, imposing a penalty of suspension of certificate of registration of Sanjay R Shah (Member, Ahmedabad Stock Exchange Ltd.) for a period of one month and warned Orbit Securities Pvt. Ltd. (Sub Broker, Ahmedabad Stock Exchange Ltd.) to be careful in future while carrying on activities in the securities market. 

The orders shall come into force on expiry of 21 days from the date of the orders.
