Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed orders dated March 09, 2010 and March 10, 2010, confirming the ad interim ex-parte order dated June 04, 2009 against Rakhi Trading Private Ltd. & Peanance Commercial Private Ltd. and Shri Ashok Kumar Jain respectively in the matter of alleged manipulative trading by certain connected entities in the scrips of Cals Refineries Limited and others.
