Order in the matter of Brushman (India) Ltd.

Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, vide his order dated February 20, 2010 has restrained Mr. Vimal Mehta, M/s. Bhartiya Investment (Proprietor: Mr. Rakesh Sharma) from accessing the securities market and further prohibiting them from buying, selling or dealing in securities market, directly or indirectly, for a period of one year. Mr. R.L. Tiwari has been warned for his conduct and directed to be careful while dealing in securities. 
 
The order shall come into force with immediate effect.
