Orders in the matter of Sunearth Ceramics Limited

Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed the orders dated February 01, 2010 in the matter of Sunearth Ceramics Limited warning Shri Bharat J. Patel, Member of Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd., Shri Prashant J. Patel, Member of National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and Goldcrest Capital Markets Ltd., Member of Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. to be careful and cautious in the conduct of their business and to adhere to and comply with all the statutory provisions while carrying out their activities in the securities market.
 
Further, Shri Prashant Saran vide order dated February 01, 2010 disposed of the Enquiry proceedings against Khandwala Securities Ltd. Member of National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. without imposing any penalty.
